Development of an intellectual capabilities and sustained mentorship for students developing and using UAS in atmospheric physics is one of CLOUD-MAP's primary goals. The partnering institutions have established long-term working relationships over the past decade that allow teaming of the larger group required for a project of this scope to be successful. To increase impact and provide sustainability beyond the project duration, we have partnered with several institutions, both federal and commercial, as well as other universities in this area. New collaborations in research, education, and outreach are welcome.
